❓ How can I track my order status?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Simply click the link to check the real-time status of your order on the carrier’s website.

❓ Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so unfortunately we cannot make changes once an order has been placed. Please double-check all details (shipping address, size, payment method) before completing checkout.

❓ How do I return or exchange an item?

If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept a return provided the item is in its original condition (tags attached, unworn, unused) and is not a clearance item.

  • Please note: We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • Once we receive your return, we will issue you a store credit (no expiry), which you can use to purchase any item, including a different size.

❓ The item I want is out of stock. What should I do?

Popular items sell out quickly, but don’t worry—we often restock within a few weeks. Simply sign up with your email on the product page, and you’ll be notified as soon as it’s available again.

❓ I entered the wrong shipping address. Can you change it?

If you realize your address is incorrect, please contact us immediately with the correct details.

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the shipping label.

  • If it has already been packed or dispatched, unfortunately we cannot make any changes.

❓ What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please email us within 30 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number

  • Item name/product code

  • A clear photo of the item received

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will assist you promptly with a solution.

❓ I forgot to apply my discount code. Can I still use it?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and promo code. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to apply the discount for you.
